Policy insight opera su un piano più concreto e istituzionale. Qui il focus non è l’idea nuova, ma il cambiamento di cornice regolatoria o di indirizzo pubblico. Un suggerimento di policy insight:
– segnala evoluzioni normative, linee guida, draft regolatori o prese di posizione delle istituzioni;
– interpreta il “so what” per organizzazioni, imprese o progetti;
– aiuta ad anticipare obblighi, opportunità o vincoli;
– è direttamente azionabile a livello di strategia di compliance, funding o posizionamento istituzionale.
La domanda chiave è: “cosa sta cambiando nelle regole del gioco e come dobbiamo adattarci?”.
