Strategic Innovation & Business Design
01 We work on the decision that comes before the project. What to build, what to stop, and where a technology actually changes the economics of the business rather than just the vocabulary. In practice that means strategic roadmaps, business model work, and scouting of emerging technologies across HealthTech, FinTech, Smart Cities and Digital Industry. What you get at the end is not a deck describing the market. It is a short list of moves with the reasoning attached, so the people who have to fund them have something to argue with.

EU Research and Innovation Funding
02 We take complex research and innovation projects through their whole life inside European and international funding frameworks. That covers building the consortium and designing the proposal, and then the part most people underestimate, which is running the thing once it has been won: work packages, reporting, partner management and compliance. Fulvio Domenico Marchetti has worked on this side for twenty-four years, across FP7, Horizon 2020, Horizon Europe, EIT, Interreg, ESA and ERDF, on more than twenty million euro of European and national funding designed, won and managed.

Digital Transformation & Technology Integration
03 We guide companies through the adoption of AI, IoT, big data, BIM automation and edge computing in environments where somebody will eventually audit the result. Regulated sectors change the nature of the problem: the technical choice and the compliance choice stop being separate questions, and a pilot that answered only the first one has to be rebuilt before it can go into production. We work on both at once, which is also why this area and the AI Act one keep meeting.

Funding & Corporate Advisory
04 Grants are one instrument among several and they are not always the right one. We look at the whole set, from grant based mechanisms to tax credits, corporate partnerships and competitive calls, and we say which combination fits this project and this balance sheet. Occasionally the honest answer is that no public instrument fits and the money should come from somewhere else. We would rather say that early than help you write a proposal that was never going to be funded.

Public-Private Partnership & Policy Design
05 We sit between industry, academia and public institutions, three groups that rarely share a vocabulary even when they want the same outcome. The work is co-designing the frameworks that let technology actually move between them: transfer arrangements, collaborative governance, and the rules that settle who owns what at the end. It is slow work, and most of it consists of making each side’s commitments legible to people who did not write them.

Training, Coaching & Capacity Building
06 We build programmes for the people who have to carry the work after we leave: innovation funding, project management, AI enabled transformation, technology transfer, change management. Each programme is built on the organisation’s own material rather than on generic cases, because the questions that matter only surface when people recognise the examples. On the AI side this has stopped being optional. Article 4 of the AI Act requires providers and deployers to ensure a sufficient level of AI literacy among the staff who operate these systems on their behalf.

07 We establish what Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 actually requires of your organisation, classify your AI systems against it, and build governance your teams can run without standing up a compliance department. Strategic first, then technical and operational, always alongside your legal counsel. We do not give legal advice. We turn it into something an organisation can run on a Tuesday morning.

EU Grant Financial Management
08 Financial reporting support for EU-funded projects: from cost structure design at grant agreement signing to audit readiness, mock audits, and multi-partner coordination. Covers actual cost, lump sum, and simplified cost option (SCO) formats.

Working with the network
OneSynergy is a network, not an agency. For each assignment the group is composed around the problem, from a small core of senior professionals and, where the work needs it, specialists brought in case by case. Nobody sits on a bench between projects, and you are not paying for one.
What that means in practice is worth being explicit about. You get a single point of contact. You know the names of the professionals who will do the work before it starts, not after the contract is signed. Each assignment runs under its own letter of engagement, so the perimeter is written down and can be changed deliberately rather than by drift. There is no agency margin layered on top of the professional fees.
The limit is worth stating too, because it is the reason to trust the rest. A network of autonomous professionals cannot offer you the institutional guarantee of a large firm, and we do not pretend otherwise. What we offer instead is that the person who wrote the proposal is the person who does the work, and that you can tell within one conversation whether they know the subject.
